Snow, mixed or ice. Scotland has it all.
From the thin ice routes on Ben Nevis to the mixed test pieces of Beinn Eighe, the fat ice routes on Creag Meagaidh and the brutal short routes in the Cairngorms, Scotland’s winter climbing is world famous.
With notorious weather, conditions that change at the snap of the finger and an attitude that will give any Ned a run for his money, you will either love it or hate it.
These are courses aimed specifically for those who want to learn the basics, whether leading or seconding.
These courses last 2 days, based in the Northern Cairngorms and are normally run over a weekend.
